Angelique Smith is a registered dietitian who is passionate about nutrition, general health and wellness and believes in a balanced sustainable dietary approach for her clients.
Angelique qualified with a BSc in Dietetics from Stellenbosch University in 2017 after which she completed her Community Service Year at Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital in Johannesburg. She completed a course through EatFit, where she learned about the dietary management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and became an accredited EatFit IBS dietitian.
She worked for a genetics company providing clients with up to date, evidence based nutritional advice based on one’s own genetic results to promote longevity and guide clients on the best dietary and fitness approach based on their genetic results.
Angelique is a firm believer of a holistic approach to client centred care and is extremely passionate about assisting her clients with making sustainable dietary changes and healthier lifestyle choices to promote longevity and general health and wellness.
Angelique is extremely enthusiastic about her career as a dietitian and has a desire to impart her knowledge and love for health and wellness to her clients.
Angelique lives by the motto of having balance in one's life.
She enjoys living a healthy, active lifestyle and when she is not in her practice, you will find her in the gym, exercising outdoors, cooking, baking, reading, traveling or spending time with her friends and family.
She is presently registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Association of Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA).
