InBody Analysis: FAQ
The The InBody device uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure body composition. Regular assessments are extremely useful to give both nutrition and exercise advice for optimum health and sports performance.
Your weight is divided into lean body mass and fat mass to assess your health more accurately than the general day to day scale. This scale can help athletes and exercise enthusiasts change their training plan to reach their optimum fitness levels.
BIA accurately measures your weight, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, body fat percentage and basal metabolic rate, mineral density and hydration status. It indicates your segmental analysis to see your muscle and fat distribution in your legs, arms and trunk.
